Adam advises clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including pre and postnuptial agreements, custody and access, divorce negotiation and litigation, equitable distribution, and spousal and child support issues.
Adam has been exclusively practicing family law since graduating law school. Adam also has an LL.M. in taxation, allowing him to thoughtfully consider tax-related issues that arise in matrimonial disputes.
Adam is actively involved in city, state and national bar associations. Adam is currently a member of the Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Family Law, serving as the chair of both the Young Lawyers’ and Sponsorship/Fundraising Committees. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section, serving as co-chair of the Membership Committee. From 2014 to 2016, Adam served on that Section’s Executive Committee as the Young Lawyers’ Section Liaison. He is also a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Adam has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of Family Law since 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a boutique matrimonial law firm in Manhattan.
Adam lives in Manhattan with his wife and their two sons.
