Ashley P. Frankel

Ashley Frankel is an experienced family law attorney who represents individuals in all aspects of family law matters, ranging from division of assets and child sharing arrangements, to prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and paternity disputes.

Ashley’s priority is helping her clients navigate what are often the most difficult moments in their lives, while at the same time working to achieve the best outcome in the context of their ongoing private and professional circumstances.

Ashley draws on her years of experience within family law and commercial litigation to formulate unique strategies for her clients and to arrive at as swift and equitable a resolution as possible. Ashley believes every marital dissolution is unique and spends the time to familiarize herself with all aspects of her clients’ individual circumstances, developing the strategy and solutions necessary to safeguard her clients’ long-term interests whilst maintaining their privacy and more immediate concerns.

Prior to joining Aronson Mayefsky & Sloan, Ashley spent nine years at a preeminent boutique litigation firm in Miami where she exclusively practiced family law. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was the Submissions Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender, and a B.A. from New York University, magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Florida. Ashley is actively involved in KidSide, where she serves on the organization’s Advisory Committee.
